Ania Wieczorek, the co-founder of Bowery Analytics, talked through a real use case what the project lifecycle looks like from a business perspective. She discussed specific steps a typical data science project goes through, the outputs you will see and the jargon being used.
Ania is the co-founder of Bowery Analytics and has spent 15 years in the IT and data community both in the for-profit and non-profit sector. Ania has held numerous leadership roles in her career from establishing and managing the Project Management Office to her position as the Director of Technology Management at Easter Seals National Headquarters.
She is excited to see organizations fulfill their mission with greater ease and better outcomes measurement while using effective and appropriate technology solutions that are not always one size fits all. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration and has also completed the coveted Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
