One day my local White Castle was torn down, leaving an empty feeling deep inside me. Then a few months later it was reborn, like the legend of the Phoenix, it came back this time as a smokin' BBQ joint............... and you can still get White Castles and onion chips. Sometimes life is just too good White Castle is trying a few new concept restaurants, just glad they picked my town for this one. It has a twin in Lafayette Indiana if you happen to be cruisin down I-65. The Blaze menu is loaded with options. For starters, are you in the mood for carnitas, beef brisket or pulled chicken? How about mashed redskin potatoes, jalapeno cornbread or a sloppy joe? And then there are the Blaze Signature Sauces -- everything from Sweet Asian Blaze to Carolina BBQ.
