Please note that as of release 12C, the LION geodatabase no longer includes built-in Address Locator files for geocoding.  Users are encouraged to download Geosupport Desktop Edition for their geocoding needs:  http://www.nyc.gov/html/dcp/html/bytes/applbyte.shtml#geocoding_application
